I believe that a healthy lifestyle is within everyone’s grasp, but may sometimes difficult to achieve. Not everyone has hours of available time to exercise because real life gets in the way. Exercise can be fun and functional. The program that you are likely to stick with is the one that works, but is still fun to do. The best results happen when they are controlled, working at your own pace. It is my goal to work with you to achieve this.
» initial assessment
I evaluate your current level of fitness by filling out an in-depth questionnaire. I look at your current lifestyle and figure out realistic and attainable goals. This is based on your current level of fitness and the time that you have available, no matter how little it may be.
» follow-ups
Every four to eight weeks we will re-evaluate your fitness to ensure that you are still on the right path to achieving your goal.
